Life today can be so frenetic, there never seems a moment to stop and take in your surroundings.
Living at such a pace can make everyday life both stressful and heighten anxiety.
Mindfulness is being aware of the moment, not worrying about whether it’s good or bad, but just simply being aware of what’s going on around you.
Mindfulness can be of benefit to everyone, but is particularly recommended by the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) as a way to prevent depression in people who have suffered previously.
Our introductory six week course covers the basics of Mindfulness and how it can support your mental well being. It is aimed at woman who are currently suffering with low level mental health issues, such as low mood and anxiety.
If you think it could help you or would like to know a little more about this opportunity, we would just love to hear from you.
